Crystle Numan, B.Sc., M.O.M.Sc, works with a diverse range of client issues across all ages (infant to 80+) and sees improvements in their health once movement restrictions are resolved.  Treatments are gentle and covered under most extended health plans. Children under 10 receive a discount rate. Appointments are 30 minutes.

Osteopathy adjusts the body to align for symmetry (hips and shoulders level, etc), and for mobility (so all joints move freely). This is done by manipulating the fascia, muscles, and joints gently. With symmetry and mobility, the body has better blood flow and drainage, and better nerve control of all the parts of the body.

After the body is aligned and moving, ongoing adjustments may still be needed. It is important to determine if there is an ongoing posture (sitting at work) or habit (always crossing legs) which will encourage the asymmetry or restriction to return. As well, any injury, impact, or accident (slip and fall, sports) should also be assessed so it does not create a new pattern of asymmetry or restricted range of movement.

Crystle is a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OSTCAN). She completed her 4 years of studies at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2018, and has been practising in Hamilton since. She is a preceptor for current students who may shadow treatments from time to time. Crystle also enjoys gardening, biking, sailing, and beekeeping.
