Kyle earned his Masters of Physical Therapy from Western University. Prior to that, he completed his Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo, where he had the privilege of learning from some of the world’s top researchers in the field of low back pain. While at Waterloo, Kyle played varsity football and worked within the strength and conditioning department, training fellow university athletes and students. Before returning to graduate studies, he spent a year working as a strength coach at a private gym in his home province of Nova Scotia, where he was able to work with several QMJHL hockey players, collegiate athletes, and other active individuals in the community.

As an avid powerlifter and rock-climber, Kyle has developed a keen interest in working with fellow lifters, climbers, and active individuals. Using his knowledge as a physical therapist and strength and conditioning coach, Kyle can help you modify and adjust your activities or training in order to keep you doing what you love, while also utilising specific exercises to meet your individual needs through the process. His approach to rehab revolves around working collaboratively with his clients to assist them with return to activity, injury risk management, and improved performance, while ultimately striving to empower his clients with the tools to live better and manage their pain and function independently.

In his spare time, Kyle enjoys sipping strong cups of dark roast coffee, music, films, and spending time with his friends and family.
